INGREDIENTS Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Macintosh Apple, chopped 1 tsp OLiV Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) 1 tsp Cinnamon OLiV Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar DIRECTIONS On medium heat, sauté apple, Butter EVOO, cinnamon & a drizzle of Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Once caramelized, turn off and set aside. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl. Top with sautéed apples and a drizzle of Cinnamon Pear Balsamic.
